MONSIEUR CORTEZ is a Swiss DJ who has been a professional on the nightlife scene since 1988.

Currently resident DJ at Fribourg’s “Crapule Club”, among other venues, he has brought generations in over a hundred clubs in Switzerland, including ABC! le D! Club as well as the Zapoff Gallery at the Mad in Lausanne. In other words, the music of the last 50 years has virtually no secrets for him. He has shared his decks with Tony Humphies, DJ Abdel, DJ Zebra and many other artists, not to mention 6 parades on various Lovemobiles at Zurich’s Street Parade evenings at the Paléo Festival in Nyon, resident DJ for a sponsor of the a sponsor at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2005, not to mention several hundred private events. His weekly radio show HOLIDAY MIX is broadcast on a dozen webradio stations and occasionally presents his mixes on the “Tournée Générale” program on Couleur 3.
